Return and Refund Policy

Once you have made a purchase, it cannot be cancelled, rejected or returned. However, Kesari Ayur labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if the product/s you have ordered are out of stock or listed at incorrect pricing or any other reason. In such a case, we will inform you within 72 hours before proceeding with the cancellation process. We may also partially dispatch your order with the currently available products and cancel the remaining product/s with whatever reason we specify. 100% refund will be provided for cancelled product/s in the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

In case you have received the product in visible damaged condition, we accept returns with in 48 hours from the date you received it. You need to immediately send image/s of the damaged product/s along with proof of purchase via. email at info@kesariayur.com or WhatsApp at (+91) 8985787899. Your item must be unused and in the same condition in original packaging that you received it.  We will do our best to arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible or inform you further with in 72 hours after we receive the damaged product/s. Please note that damaged product/s cannot be cancelled or refunded.

It is mandatory that your item needs to submit/provide receipt or proof of purchase (Order reference number) for replacement or refund.     

Non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e., wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason), any extra cost spent for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.  We shall not compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The User can cancel the order at any moment of time. If it is a prepaid order, after successful cancellation the user will be refunded for the product price only in the account or payment wallet, in accordance with the options chosen by you, with in 7 working days.
