We deliver Merchandise Pan India. We do free shipping of orders above ₹400/- and for order value below <₹400/- will be charged as per the courier company choosen by you from the options listed as per the delivery location. For COD (Cash On Delivery) orders an additional amount of ₹49/- is charged.

Orders can be placed on any day 24/7 on our website.  Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed on the following next working day. Once you place the order, a notification of the order reference ID will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number. An invoice copy will be sent along with the order to your delivery address. 

For orders placed through our customer care or website, you can safely pay online through credit cards, debit cards, internet banking or E-wallets as we ensure a fair and secure online transaction. You can also pay after receiving the order by choosing Cash on Delivery Option. 

We rely on trusted courier partner/s. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an SMS from our courier partner which includes the tracking ID. Using the tracking ID, you can either track the order on our website or on the website of our courier partner/s. 

Estimated delivery time post shipping is generally 7 business days. Delivery time may vary according to your delivery location and the coureir company choosen. We only ship on working weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. We take 24-48 hours to dispatch the order to the courier company. KIndly note that order confirmation is not same as shipment confirmation.  

We aim is to provide a satisfactory customer experience by delivering your products within the estimated delivery time. However, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistic challenges beyond our control, for which we are not liable. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or delay caused during transit.
